1. Who operates this site.
federationsaas.com is operated by Federation SaaS HoldCo S.à r.l., a private limited liability company incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. No offer, no advice.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to buy or sell any business or security, an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity, or investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. It is not a prospectus and is not directed at retail investors.
No acquisition, investment or other transaction arises from this website. Any transaction proceeds only under separately negotiated, signed documentation, and remains subject to our diligence, internal approvals and any required regulatory clearances.
3. Forward-looking statements.
Statements on this site about our criteria, our process, our platform capability and our intentions describe our current approach and expectations. They are not contractual commitments, they involve assumptions and uncertainties, and they may change. Where we describe capability, we describe what we intend to provide; ask us in the first conversation what is available today and you will get a direct answer.
4. Enquiries and confidentiality.
Information submitted through the contact form or sent to us by email is treated as confidential and is seen only by our deal team and its advisers. However, until a confidentiality agreement is signed we are not under a formal confidentiality obligation, so please do not send commercially sensitive material at that stage. A short description of your business is enough to begin.
We do not accept unsolicited ideas, proposals or materials on the basis that any obligation of confidence or payment arises from their submission.
5. Intellectual property.
The Federation name, the Federation mark, the text, design and code of this site belong to Federation SaaS HoldCo S.à r.l. or its licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not reproduce, republish or adapt it substantially without our written permission.
Third-party names and marks shown on this site — including those under “Experience from leading institutions” — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the prior employers and education of our team. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of, investment in, or affiliation with Federation.
6. Acceptable use.
Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, do not introduce malicious code, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial communications.
7. Accuracy and availability.
We take care over what we publish, but the site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
8. Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated saving, arising from use of or reliance on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. External links.
Where we link to a third-party site we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Governing law.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The courts of Luxembourg City have exclusive jurisdiction, save that where you deal with us as a consumer this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
